python3.dll was installed for blender, but not next to the python binary, leading to issues with subprocesses. Given it's only a small dll the duplication isn't that big of a deal.

Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline-modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing, motion tracking and video editing.
